Nipper Sign - On

Nipper sign-on for the 2010/2011 season will be held at Mountain Creek Aquatic Centre on Sunday 12th September 2010 from 8:30am to 12 noon.

To sign on, go straight to the Mountain Creek Aquatic Centre for the qualifying swim trial. All nippers need to bring a birth certificate or proof of age document, swimmers and a towel. Parents/Guardians need to bring drivers licence or equivalent I.D. with signature.

Sign-On Times

U8      8:30am – 9am

U9      9am – 9:30am

U10    9:30am – 10am

U11    10am – 10:30am

U12    10:30am – 11am

U13    11am – 11:30am

U14    11:30am – 12 noon

*If you have more than one nipper attending sign-on. Please go to the youngest child’s allocated sign-on time.

Children MUST be able to swim continuously unaided:

Age as @ 30th September 2010

U8        01/10/2002       to         30/09/2003

U9        01/10/2001       to         30/09/2002

U10      01/10/2000       to         30/09/2001

U11      01/10/1999       to         30/09/2000

U12      01/10/1998       to         30/09/1999

U13      01/10/1997       to         30/09/1998

U14      01/10/1996       to         30/09/1997

Nipper Fees

1 Child + 2 Parents = $140.00

2 Children + 2 Parents = $160.00

3 or more Children + 2 Parents = $180.00

All of the above paperwork needs to be completed in full to be eligible to sign on for Nippers. 1 x Membership Application for each parent and child, 1 x Screening Application for each parent, 1 x Pool Swim Form for each child,    1 x Parent Volunteer Application, Parental Consent Form & Medical Form per family. Save time and complete at home before arriving at Mountain Creek Aquatic Centre.
