From 8am, indulge in our elegant breakfast experience — think freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit, and a chilled Mimosa on arrival, followed by your choice of a plated favourite. Whether it’s the classic Aussie breakfast or our signature smashed avocado, it’s the perfect way to ease into the day ($49 per person).

From 12 noon, elevate the celebration with a refined two or three course menu. Expect standout dishes like cured scallops with finger lime, seared Goldband snapper with lemon béarnaise, and indulgent desserts that are worth saving room for (2 courses $75 or 3 courses $90 per person).
